Classes are back to normal this week.

We are easing into September, with a focus on our form. Thinking about how we can maintain our form before moving up the layers in each of the exercises.

As we touched on last week, we broke everything down and took a more mindful approach to the classes.

As always, work at your own pace. Come as you are, take what you need!

Hey

Slight changes to the class times this week. This week only we have a WEDNESDAY class!

We are back and easing into September with a 'back to basics' approach. This is great if you've not been for a while or you're new to the classes and if you're a familiar face it's always a great reminder of the foundations so we can work deeper and stronger!

Always take the class at your own pace. Come as you are, take what you need!

Looking forward to seeing you all, let's get moving again!

Ro 😊

A little bit of movement this morning. It's not perfect but that's ok! 🙌🏻

We've had a week off this week, if you're on my WhatsApp group these are the moves I sent you all as it's familiar to what we do in the classes. This is sped up, take your time, listen to your body, move to 'feel good' always 😊

If you have 10 mins here you go:

- Posture set up - ground through feet and lift tall
- Breaths and engage the midline
- Neck Turns
- Arm circles
- Side bends
- Squats (wide + parallel)
- Balance + footwork (flex/point/circle)
- Roll downs
- Cat Cow
- Rest
- Thread the needle
- Pike hips + stretch legs
- Roll up to standing

All set to go!

Big loves, Ro x

A little look at this week's classes....we used the wall as support. This is a great way to:

Provide instant feedback
Improve form
Provide stability
Enhance our stretches
Build strength
Improve circulation
Calm our nervous system
So many more!

I describe the roll down as 'peeling off a wall one bone at a time' it's great to see how that actually feels for when we're doing it on the mat next time.

Well done everyone!

To all the amazing people that keep the halls in a high standard, only clean feet were allowed! 😘
